Our special machine for special jobs
This machine is a custom build – shown here machining a Krupp HM 1500 main cylinder. It was designed to machine hydraulic cylinders to oversize. With this special machine, unique in Germany, we machine hydraulic cylinders to a thousandth of a millimetre, so worn or damaged hydraulic cylinders, impact pistons and chisel bushings can be machined to oversize.
Its special feature: the hydraulic cylinder can be measured directly with the machining spindle.
