1 Rigid pulverizer
The rigid pulverizer SHP is the tool of choice for secondary demolition and is ideal for crushing demolition material in order to facilitate its preparation and recycling by means of a previous separation of reinforcing steel and concrete. Only modern types of steel, which are characterized by low weight, resistance, and high wear resistance, are used in production.
Exceptional demolitional power under all kinds of working conditions
All models of this production series are equipped with a rapid flow valve to ensure extra short periods of time regarding the opening and closing of the movable jaw. In addition, the SHP pulverizer has high-performance cylinders for exceptional demolitional power under all kinds of working conditions.
A special feature of the “S” series is a completely replaceable set of teeth. Regarding the movable jaw, there are two different wear plates available for primary and secondary demolition. This way, the pulverizer's teeth can be optimally adjusted to the respective operation.
Based on the knowledge acquired over decades, ATN has developed a completely novel design and concept for this high-performance pulverizer.
Exchangeable teeth
Due to the exchangeable wear plate, the pulverizer gets a completely new set of teeth in a minimum of time, which means that there is no need for time-consuming welding which would have to be carried out by specially trained personnel. This way, both maintenance costs and machine downtimes can be significantly reduced.

2 Rotatable Pulverizer
The Rotatable Pulverizer HRP is an extremely versatile demolition tool for handling a wide variety of tasks. For example, the HRP model can be used both in the area of primary demolition and subsequent comminution of the demolition material in order to facilitate its preparation and recycling. The hydraulic 360° rotational drive is a standard feature available on all models and enables a precise and fast positioning of the pulverizer.
